On October 11, the Mufti of Elbasan Mr. Agim Duka, the Mayor of Elbasan Mr. Mr. Gledian Llatja and the representative of the International Co-operative Center Mr. Armand Shehu inaugurated the new water supply system of the village Labinot Mal.

Mufti Agim Duka in his speech thanked the donors as well as the Municipality of Elbasan for facilitating the legal procedures with the aim of ending this water supply as soon as possible.

The Mayor of Elbasan Among other things, he thanked the Mufti of Elbasan and the International Co-operative Center who, through the donor, provided drinking water to every house in the village of Labinot Mal. Representative of International Co-operative Center Mr. Armand Shehu thanked the donor of this very useful project for the residents of the area Mrs. Ibdisam Al Hooti wife of the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait in the Republic of Albania. The new water supply system in the village of Labinot Mal will supply 100 families with potable water.
