IT HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY ACCOMPLISHED THE CYCLE OF TRAININGS 26/03/2018

It has been successfully accomplished the cycle of Trainings regarding strengthening local media in preventing and facing violent extremism in Elbasan, with Theologians, Dr. Ermir Gjinishi, Dr. Arben Ramkaj, and Security Expert Dr. Enri Hide.

This training was attended by local media journalists as well as journalism students and representatives of local online media. This training was aimed at informing and increasing the capacity of local journalists to understand from the religious viewpoint the violent extremism and forms of religious manipulation for non-religious purposes.

This project was implemented by the UET Center and ICC (International Co-Operative Center). It is funded by the European Union in Albania and is implemented by the Albanian Helsinki Committee, the Norwegian Helsinki Committee, the Dutch Helsinki Committee, the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Serbia, and the Together for Life Association.
