Regional Directorate of Elbasan State Social Service, represented by the Director Mrs.Marsida Haxhiu and International Co-Operative Center (ICC), represented by Mr. Altin Kareçi.  In the framework of this institutional cooperation, in order to cope as easily as possible with the damages caused by flooding for families affected by this situation, the Regional Directorate of Social Services Elbasan organized the collection of aid (food, clothing, blankets, etc.) at its offices . This director officially addressed the International Co-Operative Center (ICC) to provide monetary assistance. This amount was transferred to the supplier’s bank account which enabled the preparation of food packages for the families in need, which were then distributed by Regional Directorate of Social Services Elbasan and representatives of the International Co-Operative Center (ICC). 08.12.2017
