For the period; 03/08 /2015 – 03/ 11/2015 the organization “INTERNATIONAL CO-OPERATIVE CENTER” ICC has used the funds provided by the Donor, in support of “Elbasan Municipality” through an agreement, the ICC Center took over “Reconstruction of the Social Center “Balashe” Elbasan, turning it into an Asylum for the Elderly with optimal conditions so they have a shelter to rest.
